GDPR - Managing your address and purchase information at Tordyvel

On May 25, 2018, a new law - the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) - begins to apply. It is a common law that will make the same rules apply throughout Europe. GDPR replaces the Personal Data Act (PUL), which has been a Swedish law since 1988. Tordyvel is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provide to us as a customer and these are processed by Tordyvel in order to manage your purchases, as well as for marketing purposes if you sign up for a newsletter. Tordyvel does not disclose personal information, e-mail addresses or other customer information to third parties other than those mentioned in the third paragraph below.

As an e-retailer, Tordyvel has a duty to ensure that your information is processed as follows:
